Under the supervision of experienced experts, the steel sheets are passed through chemical treatment method. The sheets are cleaned with the help of appropriate chemicals in order to eliminate grease, oil, rust, phosphate and other unwanted impurities. As the sheets now become perfect for the longer adherence of paint, they are sent to the painting unit. Here they are painted with synthetic enamel paint. After that, these are baked in ovens at different temperatures for providing fine finishing to them.
All the procedures and techniques employed by us are at par with industrial standard and our personnel ensures that the resulting product fulfills all aspects completely. |
